Paying your Bills
Monthly property expenses including municipal water, electric, propane gas, telephone, internet and satellite TV.
Paying your Fideicomiso and Property Taxes
Fideicomiso (Trust) with whichever is your bank of record i.e., Bancomer, HSBC, Interacciones, etc.
Payment of Employee
Payment of on-site workers either weekly, monthly or bimonthly, to include all house staff (gardener, cleaning person, housekeeper, maintenance people, etc).
House and Garden Maintenance
Daily, weekly or monthly inspections by a member of our staff. Our responsibilities include insuring your property is in working and usable condition with regard to water, gas, lights, outside grounds, appliances and any other specific details our owners require.
